Puppetry is used by teachers teaching the pre primary & primary grades for storytelling, or introducing new concepts to students. Additionally, it can also be used as a therapy to control aggressive behavior of children in the classroom. Ventriloquism is the art of voice manipulation using puppets and it can be easily learned through proper guidance.

Mr. Santhosh Kumar, is a Company Secretary and passionate ventriloquism artiste. Santhosh Kumar did his diploma in fine arts from PST University, Hyderabad , under the guidance of Padmasree Dr.N.V.Madhav, world renowned mimicry artiste and Mr.GVN Raju, a well-known soft skills trainer of India. He is also a regular participant of the International Convention at Kentucky, USA since 2012. He shares his knowledge with students and professionals by organising the workshops and online webinars. He regularly visits and performs in Middle East, USA, UK and Srilanka. He is a regular resource person and consultant with NIE-Times of India, CCRT (centre for cultural resources –Government of India) training school teachers from across India , Early Childhood Association of India, British Library, Amar Chitra Katha learning centre and other International organisations.
